For this assignment, BDO LLP (previously Moore Stephens UK) along with Moore Afghanistan as the subcontractor, were contracted to provide reasonable assurance to UNDP, LOTFA donors and MOIA that LOTFA funding advanced to MoIA through the MoF was being used for its intended purposes and that the correct amounts were being disbursed to and were being received by the right beneficiaries.
