Waqar Khan is a Web and Blockchain Developer at Moore Afghanistan, where he contributes to the development of HesabPay, a digital payments platform transforming financial services in the country. As part of the development team, he focuses on web and blockchain integration, particularly within the HesabPay payment gateway, helping to ensure secure and reliable transaction processing.

In addition to his work on the custodial HesabPay platform, Waqar is leading the development of the web and blockchain components for a new non-custodial version of HesabPay. This project, now nearing completion, demonstrates his expertise in building secure, decentralized financial technologies.

With a degree in Computer Science from Nangarhar University, Waqar combines strong technical knowledge with practical experience in financial technology solutions. Fluent in Pashto, Urdu, English and good in Dari. His expertise lies in bridging web development and blockchain technology to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions that address real-world challenges in digital finance.
