Mr. Ramin Khalili is the Audit Manager at Moore Stephens Ltd, Afghanistan (Moore Afghanistan), a leading professional services firm with nationwide coverage across all 34 provinces, where he leads multiple assurance and advisory engagements for NGOs, INGOs, government entities, and private sector clients. With over 7 years of professional experience, Mr. Khalili brings extensive expertise in audit planning, risk assessment, and financial reporting under the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

He began his career in audit and assurance, progressively advancing through roles in assurance and compliance, and has built a strong track record in managing complex audits across different private business sectors, donor-funded organizations, humanitarian agencies, and development projects. At Moore Afghanistan, he directs fieldwork execution, evaluates internal control systems, calibrates audit risks and materiality thresholds, and ensures adherence to the IESBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants. His leadership emphasizes practical, evidence-based insights that strengthen transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency within client organizations.

Mr. Khalili is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, and an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
