Moh. Reza Sokoon serves as the Retail Officer at Moore Afghanistan, where he leads the MoneyGram remittance operations with professionalism and commitment. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing user registration, agent onboarding, daily reconciliation, and the coordination of remittance settlements across all HesabPay provincial branches.

Since joining Moore Afghanistan in July 2021 as a Call Center Agent, Reza has demonstrated exceptional dedication and capability, progressing through key positions such as Operations Officer, Branches Officer, and Retail Officer. His strong operational insight and leadership have contributed significantly to the efficiency and reliability of Moore’s financial services network.

Reza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Kabul University and is fluent in Pashto, Dari, English, and Urdu. His multilingual communication skills and hands-on experience in financial operations enable him to build trust and deliver excellence across diverse communities in Afghanistan.
