Mohammad Afzal Himat is the Customer Service Manager at Moore Afghanistan, where he ensures client satisfaction, oversees service operations, and manages customer relations with professionalism and efficiency. His role is vital in maintaining strong customer trust and supporting the company’s mission of delivering reliable financial services.

Afzal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Jahan University and is currently pursuing his MBA at one of the top universities in Afghanistan, further strengthening his expertise in finance, management, and leadership. In addition, he has completed certifications in  QuickBooks, Financial Accounting, and Languages, equipping him with both technical and cross-cultural communication skills.

With experience in banking and financial services, Afzal has developed a strong foundation in customer care, transaction handling, and financial management. His ability to resolve issues efficiently and guide clients with patience has positioned him as a trusted professional in the financial sector.
