Bio
Khwaja Elias Sidiqi is a dedicated finance and accounting professional with over 6 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and compliance. As Senior Finance Associate at Moore Afghanistan, he ensures accurate maintenance of accounting records, manages vendor payments, oversees tax compliance, strengthens internal controls, and leads system implementations to support efficient financial operations. He also supervises and mentors finance staff, coordinates audits, and works with internal and external teams to maintain smooth financial processes.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Kabul University, an Associate Degree in Accounting from the National Institute of Management and Administration, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Anna University, India. He is also progressing toward the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) professional qualification.
Fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto, he combines technical expertise with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Recognized for his proficiency in financial reporting, invoicing, project financing, reconciliation, and internal control, he has consistently contributed to enhancing transparency, efficiency, and compliance in financial operations.
