Ihsanullah Fazli

Mr. Fazli is a committed and results-driven finance and accounting professional with over 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, reporting, reconciliations, Cash Flow and compliance. Currently serving as a Finance Analyst at Moore Afghanistan, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing vendor payments, maintaining tax compliance, and strengthening internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.

In addition to his core finance expertise, Fazli holds certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) from India, with specialization in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. He has applied these skills across five major development projects spanning 28 provinces of Afghanistan, utilizing advanced data collection tools such as RDD, Survey123, ODK, and Kobo Toolbox.

Fazli earned his bachelor’s degree from Nangarhar Altaqwa University, Kabul, Afghanistan, and holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from the National Institute of Management and Administration (NIMA). He is currently pursuing his MBA at Anna University in India and is also progressing toward the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) professional qualification.

Fluent in English, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu, Fazli brings a strong combination of financial acumen and cross-cultural communication skills. Renowned for his capabilities in financial reporting, project financing, internal controls, and compliance, he has consistently contributed to promoting transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in financial operations.
