Ahmad Zubair Montaqed is a Tax and Compliance Manager at Moore Afghanistan , where he leads all taxation and regulatory compliance matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Kabul University, equipping him with a solid academic foundation in financial systems and compliance management.

Zubair is Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English, which allows him to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with clients, regulators, and international stakeholders. With a focus on accuracy and a practical approach, he ensures regulations are followed and provides reliable tax guidance internally and for clients.
