Ahmad Marwan Sultan is an IT Intern at Moore Afghanistan, where he supports the organization’s digital operations through network maintenance, system troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical assistance. With one year of hands-on experience, Marwan contributes to the stability and functionality of Moore’s IT infrastructure in a dynamic work environment.

His responsibilities include resolving user issues, managing hardware and desktop systems, performing routine maintenance, and handling tasks such as magnetic stripe card encoding and printing. This practical experience has strengthened his foundational skills in IT support and systems management.

Marwan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a specialization in Information Systems from Kabul University. Alongside core IT responsibilities, he maintains a growing interest in emerging technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). As part of their academic development, he led a project on Dari fake news detection using machine learning — building a complete dataset and developing the system independently.

Skilled in networking, programming, and applied ML/NLP, Marwan continues to expand his technical skill set. He is fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English, and brings strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to their role.
