Bio
Ainuddin Yousufzai (born July 3, 1995, in Kabul, Afghanistan) is an accomplished IT and telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network administration, system support, and customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree from Jahan University and has complemented his academic background with multiple professional certifications, including CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, and MCSE, as well as specialized training in network security, information technology, and English language proficiency.
Over the course of his career, Ainuddin has worked with leading organizations in Afghanistan’s telecommunications and technology sector. He currently serves as an ISP Sales Agent at AfghaNet ISP (Afghanistan Holding Group) and has previously contributed his expertise as an IT Help Desk Support Engineer at Insta FTTH Telecom, an Technical Support Officer, CCA, CSR at Etisalat Afghanistan, and an IT Officer at RGC Foundation (Roshan Group of Companies). His early career also includes roles as an IT Assistant at Freshtagan E Nejat Hospital and Safi Production, as well as an IT Trainer with the Bo Ali Seena Project.
Throughout his professional journey, Ainuddin has earned multiple Certificates of Appreciation, including recognition from Etisalat Afghanistan for being among the top 10 employees of the year, from HPL Company for his outstanding performance, and from healthcare and project management institutions for his dedication to improving IT infrastructure and services.
