Sameer Orya currently serves as the Breshna Manager at (ZINZIR DBA HesabPay), bringing with him over a decade of progressive experience in finance, auditing, and operations. He began his professional journey back in 2009 and, in 2015, joined Afghanistan Holding Group (AHG), where he held several key roles, including Senior Audit Officer, Senior Payroll Officer, and Zone Responsible for HesabPay. His leadership and expertise in these critical positions have significantly contributed to the growth and efficiency of the organizations he has served.

Sameer got his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bakhtar University, equipping him with a solid foundation in business management and operational excellence. His academic background, combined with hands-on experience, enables him to drive high performance and deliver impactful results within organizational settings.

In addition to his professional qualifications, Sameer is multilingual and fluent in Pashto, Dari, English, and Urdu, allowing him to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
