Rafiullah Amin is an experienced audit and assurance professional with over 10 years of expertise in external audit, taxation, and advisory services across Afghanistan and the wider region. He has successfully delivered audits and financial reviews for international organizations, NGOs, government institutions, and private companies, consistently ensuring compliance, accountability, and transparency.
Currently serving as a Senior Audit Supervisor at Moore LLC, Rafiullah leads audit engagements, prepares final reports, and manages client discussions to provide practical, results-oriented recommendations. His career includes roles at Moore Afghanistan (AHG) and UHY, where he gained extensive experience in assurance and taxation, including donor-funded projects, NGO audits, and compliance with Afghan tax regulations. Earlier, he worked as a Finance Officer at Roots Agriculture and Livestock Company, overseeing financial reporting and reconciliations.
Rafiullah’s professional portfolio includes audits and assurance services for a wide range of international clients, including UNOPS, UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, UN-Women, GIZ, IOM, Save the Children, Care International, World Vision, and the Afghanistan Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Corporation (AUWSSC). His experience spans donor-funded projects, NGOs, INGOs, and corporate entities, consistently ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
He holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and has completed the ACCA Applied Knowledge and Skills level, with the Strategic Professional level in progress. His additional qualifications include FIA and Advanced Diploma in Accounting (ACCA), and a Diploma in Commerce. He has also completed specialized training in advanced taxation, data management, audit software, and professional ethics.
